Yoga for Mental Health Certification is a 40-Hour Course for Yoga Instructors, Health Professionals, Educators and anyone wanting to learn how yoga helps with mental health. This includes online course work, yoga class attendance and personal study.
Art Therapy and Nature Hike Therapy trainings equip community members with practical tools to lead healing-centered experiences. Art Therapy fosters emotional expression, mindfulness, and stress relief through creative activities. Nature Hike Therapy promotes grounding, connection, and mental clarity through guided movement and reflection in natural settings.
